REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We provide refunds and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

For any refunds or exchanges, please contact emma@anaecollection.com and we will advise you on how to process this. The garments must be returned in a prepaid and traceable postal service as we don't accept liability for loss of garments being returned.  The garments must be in original condition, with original tags on and must not be worn.  

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you are not satisfied with your garment, please contact us as soon as you receive your order, and we will help you resolve the problem. 

PERMANENT MARK DOWNS

No refunds on permanent mark downs but we will offer a full exchange for any other item. All garments must have the original tags attached. Exchanges can be done within 14 days of purchasing.

GIFT CARDS 

Please note a gift card cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offer or code. Lost, damaged or stolen gift cards are not replaced. All gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash purposes.
