Refund policy

We hope you love your ANAÉ purchase. If for any reason it isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, simply log in to your customer account and submit a return request through our online returns portal.

 

How to Submit a Return

  1. Log in/create your customer account using the email address used for your order.
  2. Select the order you'd like to return.
  3. Choose the item(s) you wish to return and select a return reason.
  4. Submit your request.

Once approved, you'll receive return instructions via email. If applicable, a return shipping label will also be provided.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other marks

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

 

Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Permanent Markdown are not eligible for a refund.

Where stock is available, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible sale items returned within 14 days of delivery and in original condition.

 

Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of every ANAÉ garment. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at emma@anaecollection.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
