Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We may accept returns within 30 days of dispatch, provided items are:

  • unworn
  • in original condition
  • with tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • sale or clearance items
  • custom or made-to-order items

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt.

If you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 30 days. Items must be returned in original condition.

We will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
