TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

This website is operated by ANAÉ Pty Ltd (ACN 643 964 096). By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree, you should not use this website.

ANAÉ reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

PURCHASES

Any order placed through the website is an offer to purchase a product at the listed price, including applicable delivery costs.

All orders are subject to acceptance by ANAÉ. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including due to product availability, pricing errors, or incorrect information.

A contract is only formed once payment has been received and order confirmation has been issued.

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once confirmed without prior written approval.

PRICING

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice prior to order confirmation.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs charges for international orders.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer the following shipping structure:

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $500 AUD
$12 AUD flat rate for orders under $500 AUD
$18 AUD flat rate for express shipping

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post (domestic) or DHL (international).

Estimated delivery times:

Australia: 3–5 business days (up to 10 during peak periods)
International: up to 3 weeks

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. ANAÉ is not liable for delays once orders have been dispatched.

Risk passes to you upon dispatch.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason it isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, simply log in to your customer account and submit a return request through our online returns portal.

How to Submit a Return

Login/create your customer account using the email address used for your order.
Select the order you'd like to return.
Choose the item(s) you wish to return and select a return reason.
Submit your request.

Once approved, you'll receive return instructions via email. If applicable, a return shipping label will also be provided.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Returned within 14 days of delivery
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Returned with all original tags attached
Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other marks

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Permanent Markdown are not eligible for a refund.

Where stock is available, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible sale items returned within 14 days of delivery and in original condition.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of every ANAÉ garment. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at emma@anaecollection.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair where applicable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including imagery, text, and design, is owned or licensed by ANAÉ. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANAÉ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or purchase of products.
