What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship through Australia Post for all domestic orders. Standard and Express shipping are available. We ship International Orders through DHL.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders received during normal business hours (AEST) are processed for shipment within 24 hours. We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed. We ship through Australia Post and standard shipping is 3-4 days and express is 1-2 days after processing. International Standard orders are 5-9 days and Express is 3-4 days after processing.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship International Orders through DHL.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?
If you are located outside of Australia, you may have to pay the duties & customs fees to receive your order. We advise to contact your local DHL to be informed of what these charges may be if you have any concerns before placing your order. ANAE’ does not cover these charges.
